Hi! We’re Tam and Jim – your hosts and the proud owners of Wade Inn.

About ten years ago, we began searching for our forever home – a place where we could enjoy the best of both worlds. Jim was drawn to winding, scenic roads perfect for motorcycle adventures, while Tam dreamed of living in a region known for  its authentic, terroir-driven wines. The Okanagan Valley had long been on our radar, and when we discovered Penticton, we knew we’d found something special.

With its sunshine filled days, vibrant wine culture, and stunning natural beauty, Penticton quickly became home. Nestled  between two lakes, surrounded by vineyards and mountain roads, it offered everything we had hoped for, and more.

Wade Inn was born from our love of this region and our desire to share it with others. We’ve created this private entry, fully contained suite to offer travellers a relaxing, comfortable place to recharge after a day of wine tasting, trail exploring, or soaking up the sun. Tucked into the cool and inviting lower level of our home, the suite provides a refreshing respite on warm Okanagan days – the perfect spot to unwind with a glass of regional wine or locally crafted beer.
